Blueberry Manor was originally built by Alfred Thacher in 1840 in the Greek Revival style, although the foundation dates back to the 1740's. Later it was occupied by a sea captain, Thomas Long and his family; and then by the family of George Hallet, II, one of the founding fathers of Yarmouth. The Manor was maintained as a private home until 1994 when Jerry Rosen and Victoria Schuh purchased the property with plans to convert it to bed and breakfast use.
